Frank was a veteran police officer whose generosity knew no bounds. He embodied the values of community and citizenship, never hesitating to help those in need without ever expecting anything in return.
It is in his memory and with his principles in mind that the Frank A. Pinto Foundation was formed. Our mission is to continue in Frank’s giving spirit of helping others and the community at large.
